When my oldest son was very young, his first doodle is the character on all the labels of our clothes. We ended up calling him Verb as he looked like he was just moving.
As I got older my parents began to slow down and become complacent. In doing that they suffered from heart disease and dementia. With every doctor’s visit they were told to move, to walk, to verb. The Verbman represents that need to move to live. The clothing reminds us to Verb everyday everywhere, no matter what, just keep moving.
According to Harvard Health, people who moved just 30 minutes a day had a 17% less likely chance of dying. Those who sat for 3 hours a day or less, were 33% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease. find more information here in this article, https://www.health.harvard.edu/heart-health/why-you-should-move-even-just-a-little-throughout-the-day
